Festival Of Festivals (December 01 - 10)

Organised by the State Government, An annual  Tourism promotional event to showcase Nagaland Traditional and cultural Heritage in all its ethnicity, diversity and grandeur.

It is the coming together of all the elements that make up the total Nagaland. The Hornbill festival is a collaborative celebration of all Naga tribes at one venue and has been coined as “Festival of Festivals”.

The State of Nagaland was formally inaugurated on December 1st, 1963, as the 16th State of the Indian Union. It is bounded by Assam in the West, Myanmar (Burma) on the east, Arunachal Pradesh and part of Assam on the North and Manipur in the South.
